Terms of Service

Last updated: March 27, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using PeptideOS at https://peptideos.us (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of the Service

PeptideOS provides software tools for organizing and tracking research-related information (such as protocols, dosing records, calculators, and educational content). Features may differ between free and paid plans.

3. Not medical advice; research only

The Service is for informational, organizational, and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical, veterinary, or pharmaceutical advice and is not a substitute for professional judgment. You are solely responsible for how you use information in the Service. Peptides may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. Consult qualified professionals and comply with applicable laws and institutional requirements.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at peptideossupport@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or on the Service. Fees may change with reasonable notice where required. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Refunds, if any, are handled according to our stated policy or applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or third-party rights;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including excessive automated access);
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content;
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law;
  • Use the Service to promote illegal procurement or use of controlled substances.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit your content and that it does not violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software (excluding your content), is owned by PeptideOS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as offered, no rights are granted to you.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIDEOS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify PeptideOS and its affiliates against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Service or others, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction where applicable.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on this subject. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
